Hola, we're Phil & Debbie Owers and we have owned this lovely apartment since it was built in 2006. Since then we have had many fantastic holidays at La Torre Golf Resort on the Costa Cálida (Warm Coast), Spain. With an average of 315 days of sunshine it makes a real difference to life when the sun is on your face, but don't just take our word for it, we've had many 5* guest reviews over the years which you can read here.
If you want to have a relaxing holiday then the apartment is in a perfect location overlooking the pool shown above. Everything you need is on the resort, just a 5-10 minute walk away. If you want to play golf then you will be spoilt for choice as the resort 18 hole course is designed by Jack Nicklaus plus there are 2 more JN designed courses which make up the trail within a short drive.

Accommodation
The apartment is cosy and bright with two bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds, a lounge/diner, a full kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. At 69m2 there is plenty of space to relax. There is air conditioning throughout and good wi-fi plus a smart TV. There are two balconies with stunning views of the pool, golf course, mountains and beautiful surrounding gardens.
Resort
La Torre is a purpose built resort made up of 2670 properties surrounding an amazing 18 hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The resort is beautifully landscaped and kept immaculate by the gardening team. The resort has a supermarket and a town centre by a lake with restaurants and bars. All this is just a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. If you are feeling energetic then there are 13 different swimming pools, tennis courts, table tennis tables, padel courts, outside gym equipment, walks and cycling.
Location
Our apartment is located in the south east of Spain on the Warm Coast otherwise known as Costa Cálida. You’ll find tons of amazing spots to eat, drink and explore. Plus transportation is very easy as Corvera Airport (RMU) is a 20 minute drive and Alicante (ALC) is a 1 hour drive. Many great beaches are only a 15 min drive away taking you to the Mar Menor which is brilliant for swimming as it's a very calm sea.
